Kimberly Hernandez founded Hummingbird Bookkeeping in San Antonio with a simple belief: contractors and creative agencies deserve bookkeeping that speaks their language and actually moves their business forward.
Over 9+ years, she's closed books for TxDOT primes, general contractors, concrete crews, and agencies building brands and websites. She's watched projects bleed silently, watched payroll get botched, watched beautiful work get priced wrong — and built a practice to fix exactly those problems, one client at a time.
Today, Hummingbird is a women-owned, virtual-first firm serving clients across the United States, with a soft spot for Texas builders. Zoom and Teams, QBO and Gusto, clean books and clear numbers.
